Information we collect

You may use the Mongdori site entirely without submitting any information.
Registered users must submit a valid email address.
Mongdori may use cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and track how you use the Mongdori website in order to improve the quality of our services.
Every forum post records the IP address of the poster.
You may submit personal information in your user profile that will be stored on our servers.
Job Submitters seeking verification will have to supply information such as contact info, business ID number, a photo, and references.

How we use that information

Mongdori will never give out your personal information, including email, that you put in your user profile to any third party.
References users make on behalf of a job poster are not currently available for viewing outside of Mong Mong Communications. In the future, references may be made available upon request. Mongdori will ask for your permission before handing out your personal information in a reference, such as your email address of phone number.
Mongdori may share other information with third parties in limited circmstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.

Your Options

Mongdori will give you the choice of not giving personal information, whenever reasonably possible.
You may choose not to supply personal information, or turn off cookies in your browser.
We allow you to easily access your information for modification or deletion, and we honor requests to revoke or change a letter of reference given on behalf of a job recruiter.
