Anti-Foreigner Korean Comic Parts 4 and 5

I'm not sure if part 3 was foreshadowing, or if they were originally posted out of order, but here are parts 4 and 5. In part 4, Henry seems a little down on his luck. Fortunately, Alex comes along to give him some advice...
Part 4.
Alex: Hey, you want me to show you how to get easy money and women?
Henry: That sounds good.
Part 5.
So I quit my job at WalMart and came to Korea, where I met Alex in Itaewon who made me a fake degree.
Alex: You will make about 4,000,000 Won a month and the hagwon will pay your rent and utilities.
Alex: You can sleep with a new girl every month. Enjoy your life!
Part 4.

This kind of stuff reminds me of the anti-Jewish propaganda made in Nazi Germany ... scary! Racism, isolationism... who did that ever work out for??
